Mai ales, urasc pe cele exagerat de dulci sau atat de dulci de nu poti termina nici macar o felie.&lt;br /&gt;Poate si din cauza asta, experienta mea in aceasta categorie de dulciuri e mai mica aici pe blog. Dar, datorita cererii mari, am sa incerc sa le dezvalui si pe acestea. Insa, facute pe tipul meu, "mulate" brandului sa zicem, adica nu exagerat de dulci si cat mai fine cu putinta.&lt;br /&gt;Am facut si trandafiri din Sugus, am facut si alte feluri de ornamente, dar pozele nu au fost posibile in acel moment.&lt;br /&gt;Asa ca va prezint un tort "de casa" facut pentru noi, din dorinta de a ne alina setea de dulce.&lt;br /&gt;Are un blat alb, simplu si crema e cu cioco si frisca. Nu i-am facut glazura de nici un fel ca n-am mai avut rabdare, de atata pofta...Aroma de rom a tortului i-a dat acel ceva dupa care tanjeam de ceva vreme. Sunt simlu de facut si au un efect major asupra copiilor, dar nu numai. Pentru ca in ziua de azi, bezelele din comert e inevitabil sa nu contina de la doua la mai multe E-uri (desi aspectul lor intr-adevar e perfect), eu prefer sa le fac acasa. Oficial fac parte din grupa fursecurilor si sunt preparate doar din albusele de ou. Miezul poros si fraged dar si aromele adaugate sunt secretul gustului irezistibil. Dar de curand (da, stiu, cam tarziu!!) am descoperit prajitura cu Fanta, pe care o evitam in mod constient poate chiar din mai multe motive. Are in ea multa branza, care eu prefer sa fie proaspata (daca nu, nu fac) si multe ingrediente super. Am vazut si varianta fara ou, care mi se pare ideal pentru cei ce adora mai mult frisca. Se preteaza bine in caserole pentru botezuri, nunti etc, dar si pe un platou divers la evenimentele voastre speciale. mie imi plac atat de mult incat nu apuc sa vina ceva special penru e le degusta. Am incercat mai multe variante dar reteta la care m-am oprit e predestinata unor degustatori fini, delicati.&lt;br /&gt;Sunt extrem de bune si iti dau acel imbold "enervant" de a nu te mai opri din gustat. Sunt varianta ideala pentru evenimentele cu copilasi. Se pot orna cu frisca sau cu cioco alba sau neagra sau pot fi lasate "libere" doar cu putin zahar praf deasupra. Este extrem de fin si racoritor, dulce si moale. Ca o ciudatenie, trebuie sa va spun ca al meu sot (care nu bea cafea NICIODATA pentru ca o detesta), adora acest Tiramisu facut de mine. Pentru a fi cat mai bio, am ales varianta de briose cu branza de vaci si mere, ideal inclusiv pentru copiii mici. Toate sunt facute proaspat, din produse proaspete, ca la mama acasa.&lt;br /&gt;Aceasta varianta de briose contine oua, zahar, unt, branza, mere si faina.
